XIVIUM Holdings Limited, LLC was organized in Wyoming to own and steward a portfolio of income-producing residential real estate. Rather than trading assets, we hold them — pairing a conservative capital structure with hands-on operation of every property.
Each asset is held through a Colorado operating subsidiary. This structure keeps ownership clear, isolates liability at the property level, and gives lending partners a transparent, well-documented entity to underwrite.
Today the portfolio comprises five residential rental properties — townhomes and condominiums — across Broomfield and Adams counties in the Denver metropolitan area. Our horizon extends further still: a growing base of Colorado real estate and, in time, a portfolio that reaches across the United States.
